We do this by working with your food, but there is a science to it.

We do not make you count calories or kilojoules. We do not ask you to eat foods you do not like. Instead, our Natural Medicine Practitioners create a meal plan based on what you eat. They do the math and calculations to tell you how much of each food you should be eating.

And you can treat yourself to a treat daily –but only the amount we tell you!

Our consultation process

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

The initial consultation is all about getting to know you. We get to know what you eat everyday, and your history and relationship with weight loss.

We look at your mindsets behind your eating habits. Are you an emotional eater, a stress eater, or comfort eater? We also look at your various strengths and weakness when it comes to food.

Our Natural Medicine Practitioner creates a one-week meal plan based on the foods you eat for your weight loss challenge week.

Second Consultation (30 minutes)

We like to call this the ‘Weigh In’ consultation. The consultation happens after you finish your weight loss challenge week. We do the weigh in to see how much weight you lost during the previous week and we discuss how you went with the challenge.

If you lost weight, hooray! If you did not lose weight, we examine why you did not lose weight. In some cases, we may find that you need to do some pathology tests to understand why you did not lose weight.

Future Consultations (30 minutes)

Future consultations occur once a fortnight until you reach your goal weight.

Final Consultation (60 minutes)

The final consultation happens when you reach your goal weight. Losing weight is only half of the battle, keeping the weight off for life is the goal.

Together, we brainstorm how you will eat for the rest of your life and how you will monitor your weight. We will arm you with strategies on what to do if your weight starts to fluctuate above your goal weight. This way, you are always in control.
