Olga Popkova
Remedial Massage Therapist
Olga is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. She is originally from the Ural Mountains in Russia and she immigrated to Australia twenty years ago.
Olga completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness in Perth and she is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Olga is fascinated with the human body and its ability to heal itself. She often works with injuries and postural problems. Olga understands that every body is different, and every new client she meets offers her new experiences to learn and further help people.
Olga uses a wide range of techniques to treat her clients such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy.
Olga is very passionate about vegan/vegetarian and raw lifestyle and sustainability. She tries her best to reduce her ecological footprint on the environment by composting and recycling, and by not consuming meat and dairy.
As well as being passionate about the environment, Olga has a deep appreciation for culture and arts. She loves painting and enjoys going to art galleries. When she has time, she goes to her local theatre to watch various performances. Musicals are her favourite type of theatre. It’s no surprise she also loves dancing! Her favourite dance style is Salsa. To keep fit she also does yoga, Pilates, and group fitness classes.
Olga has a cat called Milly and a guinea pig called Bella Pip Squeak (Bella technically belongs to her daughter, but Olga loves her just as much as Milly!). She also loves to travel and she hopes to continue experiencing other countries and cultures, and meet other like-minded Spiritual people.
