Meeka is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist her area of specialty is Relaxation Massage. She was born in Mordialloc in Victoria and moved to Perth with Mum and Dad when she was 3 years old. Meeka returned to Victoria with her parents for a while however was drawn back to Perth where she has taken up a career in Massage.
Meeka completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage with the Australian Institute of Fitness in Perth and she is a member of the Massage Association of Australia.
Meeka specialises in Relaxation Massage. Meeka loves helping her clients on a holistic level. Meeka loves being able to connect with her clients and pass her positive energy and make a positive impact to their healing process. She often works with clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, stress and fatigue. Meeka loves knowing that her clients will feel relaxed and less stressed with a better range of motion and less tension after a massage treatment.
Meeka uses a wide range of techniques to treat her clients such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and myofascial release.
Meeka is eager to continue growing as a massage therapist and is currently expanding her knowledge and skill set to include new techniques like Reiki, Bowen therapy and Aromatherapy.
Meeka is very passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle ensuring she takes time to nurture her body, mind and soul. Meeka enjoys going to the gym, practicing yoga and meditation.
As well as being passionate about a healthy lifestyle, Meeka has a deep appreciation for the cultures of other countries. She is particularly fascinated with the culture of Japan. Meeka has plans to explore the cities of Japan and see the spectacular display of cherry blossom trees. Meeka also has a strong connection with her friends and enjoys spending time with them in her spare time.
Meeka has two dogs who she loves very much both German Shepherd cross who are named Echo and Galaxy. She spends her time walking along the Rockingham district beaches. She also has a cat called Catnip that she loves just as much.
