Remedial Massage Therapist
Lee completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australian College of Massage in 2015 and is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT).
Lee has a wide range of knowledge and experience in massage, but has a keen interest in helping people with upper back, shoulder and neck injuries and pain, including headaches and migraines. As a migraine sufferer herself, she knows how debilitating and life altering migraines can be. Knowing first hand that massage therapy can help release severe tension headaches and migraines was what brought on Lee’s passion to become a Remedial Massage Therapist.
With a wide range of massage techniques, Lee is confident she can help in any situation.
These techniques include Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Lymphatic drainage, Pregnancy massage and Stretching.
Lee is married with a 12-year-old son, an 11-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old King Charles Cavalier named Bonnie, who loves to be the centre of attention.
Lee is an avid reader and loves to run to stay fit, but feels most centred and at peace when she is at the beach and close to the water.
Lee’s motto is: “I want to help you restore and maintain your quality of life, so you can get back to the activities you love”.
